Yesterday Owairaka year 6's went to Wesley intermediate for a visit we had lots of activist the first one I did was Music we learned to play the ucalaly. Then we had  PE we played number basketball. then robotics we controlled cool Rob arts  Then It was time to leave!

We watched 14 short film a these are my favorite.

My, 1 favorite film was the Sloth and the Bird because It was funny and the bird was very kind. My 2 favorite was  Noisy neighbor because it shows how we can all come together and get along very well. my 3 favorite was the snail one because they had cool dance moves but very satisfying.

Yesterday, We went to the hall to learn some facts about birds Mrs Best was the one instructing us. We learned about tui's and camouflaged birds Moreporks and much more Here is some pictures to explain my learning enjoy!

My Hero is...

A person who is my hero is Maria Folau

This person is my hero because she inspires everybody to keep on going and nothing is impossible. 

Two words that describe this person are Champion and generous.

One thing the person does that I admire is she keeps on going even when she is  exhausted One way I can be more like my hero is to help others and encourage others.

Are you a hero? Write a few sentences telling about something that you did that you think was heroic.I think What I did was heroic I picked up rubbish and put it in the right bin. And I'm always helping to pack up the classroom.
